Palm's Kitchen - Garlic Bread


Ingredients :
2 pieces of Bread / 4 slices of Baguette
1 tbsp Vegetable Spread Butter/Margarine
2 cloves of Garlic (minced)
Mix Herbs(Oregano, Basil, Marojame, Saga)

How to :
1. Crushed garlic till smooth
2. Spread the bread with butter then spread minced garlic
3. Pour the mix herbs to the bread
4. Put the bread to the oven and leave it till baked, it's about 5 minutes in normal heat
Note : you can add mayonaise/tuna/cheese if you like it!

Palm's Kitchen - Sundanese Tamarind Veggies



Ingredients :
1 Indonesian Bay Leaf (Daun Salam)
1 Tamarind (mix with 4 Tbsp of hot water)
1 piece of Brown Sugar (chopped)
1 tbsp of Salt
1 tsp of Sugar
6 cloves of Red Onion
3 cloves of Garlic
3 Red Chilis (Cabe Keriting)
1 piece of grilled Shrimp Paste(terasi)
1,5 tbsp of flavor enhancers / totole
1 Galangal (lengkuas) (crashed) 
Gnetum Gnemon Fruits (Melinjo)
Gnetum Gnemon Leaves (Daun Melinjo)
1 Eggplant (terong) - depend on your taste
1 Chayote (labu siam) chopped
5 Snake Bean (kacang panjang)
1 Sweet Corn
Ground Nut (Kacang Tanah)

How to :
1. Heat up the water till boiling
2. Add corn and groundnut to the water
3. Crush and grind garlic, red onion and red chilis with the grilled shrimp paste till become chili paste in the other palate (sambal)
4. Mix the tamarind water with the chopped brown sugar till become tamarind paste
5. Add all the veggies to the soup 
6. Add the chili paste and tamarind paste and Indonesian bay leaves
7. Add sugar and salt and check the taste
8. Add the gnetum leaves and leave it till boiling
Note: you can cook the gnetum gnemon fruit and leaves in separate pan, because both of them takes time to be cooked

Palm's Kitchen - Sangchu Geotjeori



Ingredients :

1/2 pound fresh lettuce
2 clovers of small garlic
2 leaves of green onion (chopped)
1/4 of Onion (thin chopped)
2 tbsp soy sauce (salted)
1 tsp of fish sauce
1 tsp of sugar
1 tbsp of vinegar (white or dark)
A little bit of hot chili flakes/gochujang
1 tbsp of sesame oil

1. Mix smashed garlic, chopped onion and green onion in a bowl. Add all the spices and stir it.
2. Check the taste and you can add more sugar, chili or salt.
3. Add the fresh lettuce when you want to eat it and mix with the finishing sauce.
