Palm's Kitchen - Stir Fried Veggies


Ingredients:
1 Brocolli
4 Clover of Garlic (minced)
1 Carrot
3 Potatoes
A bit of little corn/ corn
1 Cauliflower
2 spm of Butter
1 sdt of salt
1 sdt of sugar
1/4 sdt of Pepper
1/4 sdt of Blackpepper
1/2 sdt of totole/mushroom spices

How to:
1. Cut all the veggies
2. Steam the veggies with a little bit of minced garlic till half-cooked
3. Stir fried the left-over minced garlic in the butter till it change to golden color and add the steamed veggies and the mushrooms
4. Add salt, sugar, pepper, blackpepper and mushroom spices
5. Check the taste


Palm's Kitchen - Ananas Dessert


Ingredients :
 2 little pineapple
2 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
2 chilis
1 lemon / limau

How to :
1. cut pineapple into small shapes
2.  mix salt and sugar in lukewarm water
3. punch and cut the chilis and add them to the water
4. cut and squezee the lemon to the water 
5. check the taste
6. Add the pineapple pieces
